Skybox f5 no sound

Hi All
Got a f5 that i use sparingly
But got no sound now.great little box had for some years; Tried all the obvious hd cables : swapped ports etc
Any ideas appreciated

Have you tried updating the firmware?

The f5 has run fine for about 4yrs+
Never touched it other than adding the essential
Do you have the firmware at all & guidance please

It's a while since I've used the box but with ref to audio Try pressing Audio button or look in MP

Firmware update has been mentioned
Just looked & got 2013 on box
Anyone got latest firmware for f5
