Skybox f5s problem

Hi, my skybox f5s is playing up its fine on free view channels but lags every 30 seconds or so on premium channels, my internet is 40mb sky fibre and plugged direct to the router, my other box which is a vu runs perfect no matter what, does it need a firmware update or the bin lol, cheers Mathz

What do you mean by "lags every 30 seconds or so"?

Does it just glitch, or does it freeze for around 8 seconds before coming back on again?

Yeah was freezing, but I updated via the skybox website and all seems to be fine now.
