I took my sky box on holiday. On my return I switched it on and I can only receive free to air channels. Other channels give error message - No Satellite signal. I have tried all the remedies on the Sky website and none work. As i live on a house boat, Sky will not let me book an Engineer visit.
According to MySky my account is in good order. I have checked the Sky card and it may be damaged. It has a cigarette burn like mark on the card on the opposite side to the chip.
I have texted Sky but as yet have had not response.
