Thought id post my latest Mod on Chabs SkyQ skin.

UPDATED FOR V1.6 08 NOVEMBER 2016

Unzip and copy contents to SkyQ folder overwriting original skin.xml (Copy original skin.xml for backup or crashes) for 1.6 Version

UPDATE 09 NOV 2016
ADDED NEW CHANNEL SELECTION SCREEN

Settings are:
Show columns: 200 pixels wide
Number of Rows: 10
Show Event progress: right
Show channel numbers: yes

The zip below includes the mods for infobar, SecondInfoBar, GraphicalInfoBarEPG, ChannelSelection, SlimChannelSelection


These screens are included in the markus625_Mod.xml file which is linked in the skin.xml by
HTML: 
<include filename="/usr/share/enigma2/SkyQ/markus625_Mod.xml"/>

In the original skin.xml i just comment out the original screens with <!-- -->

Bloomin' 'eck Markus. I was happy using your Halo skin and now you've made me want to go back to Sky Q. :doh:

Just a very sneaky question. Could you tell me how to lessen the transparency of the infobars on your Halo skin please? I just find them a tad too transparent. Ta.

Ahh the only way to do that would be to alter the png or a quick fix duplicate the code for the image.

Ahhh, right. Not a quick job then. There's dozens of png's. Great skin though. Surprised you've not promoted it on here. It's different and modern looking, for those of us trying to get away from the Sly and Virmin look.

With the channel selection you need these settings below.

To get the channel selection looking like mine with just the channel numbers and channel name do the following.

1: Press down arrow to show the channel selection
2: Press menu
3: Select settings
4: Channel list preview = yes
5: Show event progess in channel selection =no
6: Show Channel numbers in channel selection =yes
7: Show crypto icons =none
8: Show service type icons =none
9: Show picons in service list =no
10:show columns = 600 pixels wide
11:Number of rows =10

12: press green for ok to save settings

all other settings as standard.

The infobar screen grab looks ok to me apart from maybe the position.

Look in user interface / position setup to see if it's correct or adjust it.

That's worked thanks.. How do I get the picture to show like yours in the info bar and channel selection screen

Just follow chabs instructions in his skyq thread, can't go wrong.

You just unzip and copy the contents within the extracted folder to the skyq folder, same with picons if you use a different set.
 
markus625 do you still have the photoshop file for the infobar grahics?

I need to try and add the little glow in the infobar with slighter darker transparency...
