Help guys cos this is starting to do my nut in, Set up box at mine today, perfect they takes it home and cant get it on they have sly internet, theve turned that shield off, ive resent them the line, its saying its in, but still nothing, run a network test and its come back as unconfirmed ip address any ideas what to try next
 
tried that, box is wired internets working for computer phones etc, just cant get it to the box for some reason
 
Been to my mates pressed a few buttons changed Ethernet cable rebooted both,and boom bang off we go. Id like to say i knew what i was doing, but tbh I didnt have a clue....blagged again!! alls good
