Smart iptv app

Am new to this I have the smart iptv app on my tv it all works really good the only thing is the football says refresh playlist before the evens for new links so I’ve asked my provider he said it’s 0 on the remote but it doesn’t work I’ve tryed unplugging the tv still doesn’t work any idears how to rest fresh the list thanks.

Shouldn’t need to do anything I’d look at a different provider, I don’t have to do anything like that.

The smart IPTV app usually refreshes your channels when you open it.

When app opens and it shows the animated squares then its re-loading the m3u playlist.

Any updates by your provider has made to channels or bouquets will be updated after it does this. To force it to reload you can press 0 while in the app settings screen or hold the back button until the TV exits the app then reopen the app. This will also reload your playlist .

Only takes a few seconds. When you see the sliding squares screen you know its refreshing .
