Smart tv .

Hi everyone , I'm trying to watch iptv on my samsung "smart" tv .I'm not sure what constitutes a smart tv exactly , my tv will (theoretically) connect to the internet but I don't get the smart hub etc .That said my tv won't connect to the internet .
Anyone got any ideas .
Also will iptv run any better on v9s box ?

hiya, actually I've got if set on auto but its not having it.
I will try manual entries.

It is set to cable .I don't think it has the wifi built in .

No i doubt you can,That is a really old tv now,Do you have an android box or fire stick,Will help you setup if you have a device available

Hi Moshibeth, thanks for your reply .Sorry I've not got back to you earlier.
I've researched my model number and it's more like s 2009 model .But that said I think it's still too old.
I do have a firestick and an openbox v8s I'm not sure how to watch iptv via firestick .I don't think the v8s is good for iptv , keeps freezing up.
