Hi,

My provider is saying my line is fine but I have done all the normal reboots etc and all I am getting is FTA.

Is there a connection log I can check?

Is your file set up correctly? N or C
Make sure you ha e it types exactly as stated. Only one space between each part,
You could try using sinkers line creator software and this will produce the file correctly

Im sure the line is right, i never touch the box and its been running for 5 weeks since I renewed.

I just was after some kind of log for the N line to see if the server was rejecting my username/pass or something like that.

Well not sure there is one, but if you are connected then you will see your ecm times,
