Software update now no paid channels

Looking for some help just did software update and when box restarted no paid channels now work using biohead image 6.1 channels were clearing before hand have tried abm rescan, restarted network, and reinstalled softcam but no good, is it a reflash job? thanks.

Odd. Ran a network test? Is your line still in the file?

yeah all green ticks, line still in there tried restarting cam but nothing just FTA

Maybe try switch receiver off and reboot router too?

Tried that, won't even work after reflashing now, any chance the server could have thought it was being used on two boxs? either that or servers gone down at exact same time of updating, emailed provider so will wait and see

do you have the right cam selected for your line ??

yeah just tried a test line and thats working so must be a provider issue.

Just to update got old line working turned out to be dns, turned off dhcp and changed nameserver to googles 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 restarted cam and it worked changed it back to be sure that's what it was and didn't clear again, seems odd I know just thought I'd update incase anyone else gets something similar.
