Some channels freeze/not working

Hello all,

Well I’m actually considering going back to vermin services as my zgemma is really peeing me off! Never ever thought I’d say that!!

Some of my channels are freezing every few minutes or so and some just don’t even work. Here’s my setup...

Zgemma h2h
Biohead image (have tried all others but same outcome)
5-1000mhz splitter
100mb broadband with super hub 3
Line uploaded (have even tried test lines from elsewhere)


I have entered correct netid for my area.

It’s channels like, music channels, spike, blaze, itv4 hd, dmax , even bbc one hd sometimes freezes plus some more. Sports channels and movie channels are fine.

I just don’t no if my setup is correct either on the box, or with my coaxial setup.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you manage to get anywhere with your setup? I find the same - especially music channels. Tried numerous lines, numerous cables and even a powered signal booster but still have issues with some channels not working properly. Happens with a ZGemma and an XTrend box.

Movie channels and sports seem to be fine BTW, its mainly some of the music ones that are simply unwatchable.
