Some channels gone missing

The main one being SS1 HD Eurosports HD and I think a few more.
They were fine last week. I've tried multiple re scans on different settings and loads of different settings on Auto bouquet.
I'm guessing there has a been a frequency change but I can't find it. Has anyone any suggestions? I'm Liverpool city Centre so unsure what my net id would be now.
 
I've sorted it. I got annoyed and pulled all the cables out and put it back together and now it's working.

What could this be a sign off? Dodgy cables or the zgemma h2h having a weak Tuner?
All the cables were installed by a vm engineer.
 
possible weak signal missing on some hd and when doing a reboot do box and router might pip up levels to reshow again.
