some of my epg is blank

im running dsayers and Ive noticed some of my epg is blank (sky part of it ). Normally i would run cross epg and would sort it out but it don't seem to be there anymore. i have tried to search for it but found nothing
any ideas please

ok ive found it in system plugins is there any settings in it i need to do before i run it

Yes, set it up to give you the required epg for your sat 28.2 east..
