It's blocked from his end mate , give him your mac address and he should fix the issue

That error usually happens when the server has the incorrect Mac code in his panel for you. Only thing you can do is ask him to double check your Mac code is correct

We paid for 6 months we had just a week before he turned it off.

Yes that would give that message.
As you was using a mag did you not ses the expiry date in the account section on box... You may not of looked in there

Contact a mod and give them as many details as you can

maybe first connection was 6 months ago as many servers have a date record of when service was started and when to end,its the same on sat line goes dead so you completed the course?
