STB blocked

Hi guys

Bought box
Paid sub
Worked for about a month
Now it says STB is blocked
He says reload portal
Done that
Still nothing

Any ideas???

have you tried a test from elsewhere to see if it's the box or other hardware related problem?

if you get a test and it works ok, you'll know that the sub is duff and you'll have to get back onto your supplier

Are you sure that you dont have the 1 month trial with STB and its run out bud ..What box are ya using just out of interest

I got a guy called itpvadm
He came highly recommended from to people. I haven't got a hold of him since last week. Up until then he was great. I did pay annual subscription. Thing is I just got another box and have paid for sub on that one too and now can't get in touch with him.

Naah the other is a zgemma h5 and is working fine but the EPG has gone

Is that one still in the first month though? or did you buy it at the same time, as someone else mentioned it could be a month trial... Or the supplier pulling a fast one and only applying a month of code...

Is there anywhere you can check when the subscription ends?

I Do STB Lines and it displays when its going to expire so wonder if he has the same set up going...
