Can anyone help please. I’ve got a couple of subs with the same provider. After the Xstream codes crash one will not work while the others are back on now. They keep giving a stb is blocked message. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
If connection hasnt expired, then I would double check the mac code in stb configuration still same as what you provided to your supplier and you have portal correct, if all matches then I would try a clear cache on the app and try again.
I think you need to speak to them then to find out why it ain't connecting, mac, portal, cleared cache, connection to internet and worked before, assume there is only 1 profile setup and havent changed to another by mistake? If everything else is good provider needs to check his side to confirm status of Mac code.
