storage on samsung J3

Hi all

my 2 sons both have samsung J3s with 16 gb memory card.
I have all the photos they take being stored to sd card and i have managed to transfersome of the apps to sd card but they still have ran out of space.
They havent downloaded an excessive amount of apps but still have no room in the internal memory......any ideas please?

Other than reflashing with a less bloated image the J3 can use a card up to 128gb.

the memory card is only has 2 gb taken up...its the internal memory thats full

If you go into Settings > Storage it should show you what is eating up all the space.
On my S7 you didn't get many options to save stuff to SD though because the user doesn't have the necessary permissions.... ridiculous state of affairs.
