storing manually scanned channels from 19.2 astra

Help needed please kind folk, when i search 19.2 astra four transponders are missing. if i do a manual scan for a transponder the channels are stored in last scanned bouquet but are overwritten when i scan the next one. can anyone advise on how to save each scan please.

Press the TV button you should have a list of bouquets goto last scanned highlight a channel you want to save now press menu and choose add service to bouquet and place it in the favourites bouquet, repeat that for every channel

maybe your satellite xml file needs updating.
