streaming or playing files zgemma sucmnsee latest

still learning but google hasnt got me any answers.

is there an idiots guide to setting up to stream movies from my laptop or a plugin or something i missed. i have movies on my laptop i want to watch and i have ftp them over and blank screen when i go to play them. is there a plug in i can download to play them or a way to stream from the laptop across to my zgemma?

its a pain in the backside to try converting them which i am doing (i have set it to covert to mpeg2 which might solve but dont want to do this everytime i want to watch a movie.

why do you want to play them via the zgemma? why dont you just connect your laptop to the tv and watch them that way. or even just copy the movies to a usb and stick that into the tv.

because my tv doesnt have usb port on the side and my laptop doesnt have a hdmi port to connect to tv.

Just get a usb stick with the files copied and pop it into the box mate..
