Struggling for picture for VM on H2H after scan!!

Hi guys,
I've moved to VM on a zgemma H2H. Got a test line added, put in the area ID needed (Preston) and set the same for autobouquet maker. Once the channels have scanned, I'm only picking up channels 1 to 5. Mgcamd is running but no picture on other channels such as sky1.

Any advise would be great.

You defo have the correct net id? is there not a couple for preston? you should have around 380 channels coming through in autobouquets and you might need to restart your mgcam in softcams when the line is added
