Stumped Help/Advice Needed

Hi, i am looking for a little help. A friend of mine has a zgemma 2s which has been working fine for 3 months, now its gone off.

using the latest wooshbuild
the box is directly connected to the router
the network tests all ok
tried rebooting the box and the hub (including a factory reset of the hub)
re added the line
the internet works just fine speed test 15m d/l 1.5m u/l (plusnet)
repeated the above, still not working

brought the box to my house worked perfectly :(

so the box must be ok, the internet is ok... any idea please, i hear a few people have had issues with plusnet but it has been working just fine previously.

did you try the same line in the box when you tried it at yours?

is your mate getting fta channels at his house,

hi m8 yeah all fta work fine and yes i didnt change anything on the box so yes its his line, so i know the line and the box are fine
