Subscription, how and how much??

Hi there. Have a VU Solo Box and have recently lost all my IPTV/Satellite Channels. Can't get a response from the guy who programmed it so came to Tech Kings as advised by a friend. How do I go about getting the channels back and what are the costs involved. Regards. Paul
