Hi everyone, how can my friend check if his sub has expired as he can't get any channels but 1-5 are working, he is saying his line should have gone off in February? ?.

I realise that m8, but he will say it's up if it's not, as my friend says he keeps a rough date when he paid last year and it was February.

Whyy not get a test line for him to see if it is a provider related issue or not

Check the box is still connected to the internet for the channels to clear aswell

He's phoned provider , he is saying line has expired as I thought he would, I think my m8 is thinking of having a mag box anyway, thanks for your replies lads.

What i do is save the important emalis so i can access them years later if needed as they will always have a date and you can reply still valid.

Same as cactikid! Always save the emails that will help me out in the future as backup!

Well if he has a record of payment get back to him saying payment details where on such a date.
