hi,

i have had a h2h box delivered which is all setup for sat.

however on the fta channels its freezing and the pay channels are not clearing.

can anyone help

if anyone is one is in the PRESTONPANS, East Lothian area then more then welcome to come down?

If your FTA channels are freezing on Sat it might have something to do with those bad winds last night. what signal rate do you have on bbc 1? its possible your dish is out of alignment
 
signal is fine at its showing 97%.

the sly cable i have taken from my other box that is working fine.


any other ideas?
 
Disconnect your other box from the sat & make sure only the box that is playing up is connected. see if that makes a difference?
