suddenly getting tune fail for most fta channels - help please

hi all,

first of all nothing wrong with box or dish etc ?

Last week i have a few boxes in the family and getting tune fail on itv, 4 and 5 plus others ?

I did full scan and get them on but then bouquet maker doesn't put them in to the groups and just get tune fail again ?

has something changed recently or am i missing something

Update provider files with autobouquets maker then do a scan etc
