Swapping hard drive from 2s to h2s

Is this possible without losing any recordings as I'm thinking of upgrading to the h2s?

yep, for me it was just a matter of unplugging from s2 & plugging back into h.2s. you will have to adjust the settings on the new image accordingly, though.
