Switching on first time everyday.

Hi,
When switching on the first time everyday the remote doesn't work, I have to use the on/off switch on the back of the zgemma to reboot the box, after that the remote works fine. Been doing this about 2 weeks or so, running the latest wooshbuild and all upto date. Can anybody offer any help please.

I don't have your receiver but over the years I have seen boxes do the same and they where not waking from standby. Try a different image if no one knows any better.

Wasn’t everyday just the odd time


Nothing fixed it lived with it

Or just leave it on

What stand by is she in?

as i said before it is none, why i have never found out
dont know if its firmware or box

what if you dont put it in standby
 
my ZG only has a very narrow field of range, the remote needs to be pointed squarely at it and not from an angle, tomorrow, make sure you are squarely in front of the box and press the standby button from about 8-10 ft away to see if it works
 
Sat in same position when switching on for months will but will try getting closer, if not will just leave switched on. Thanks for everyone's help.
