Switching tuners on H2H

Hi, when I try to swap from Virgin to Satelite the chanell I am switching to is a frozen picture from the last chanell I was watching on Virgin. I have connected the virgin coax to the box and I have connected one of the sky coax to the box tuned it in but no good. I am sure i have done something wrong but don't know what. The sky feed has both wires but I have only connected the one obviously. Any help would be really appreciated.

Can you view sky free view channels if so it would be down to the sky line not unscrambling

Just checked and yes I can, so what do I need to do mate?

Well it's nothing to do with your Internet connection because you can access the vm line was sky working previously? If so then check with your provider if you haven't had it working before check the details are correct
