Technomate Nano Combo

have a Technomate Nano SE combo using latest openvix using the Sat tuner and connected Via Ethernet. My speeds are being throttled when I connect the box, speeds on speedtest.net of 1mb and when I disconnect the box and do a speed test i get speeds of 100mb/s. Anyone have any ideas?
