That old " Sly " look

Have had a good scan but can't find any info on software for making the blade look like Sly..... Did see it somewhere though!! So, apologies in advance Mod's or veterans who usually at this point get pee'd off with folk like me asking questions which sometimes can be answered by individuals jst opening their eyes. :-/
