Think it's been bricked

I have been given a vu duo and it just is staying red. Have tried images but it's as tho it's not responsive what so ever.
I do have a vu solo and this is running great but I was given the duo and hoping to get it back to life if I can and use it

what do you mean staying red,is starting on front window? then possibly you need the red light fix as cap or more is gone on box.
