timebomb fix

i flashed the latest vti 6.08 on my cloud ibox after a few minutes i got an error and the box restarted.
now my box is dead only read led is on and i cant flash another image.
can i fix it?

problem with images not meant for these boxes kill them.

....but iv never managed to truly brick 1 lol
What ibox are u using?
Was it a ibox image u used or general vti?
Ive never used vti and dont know if theres a clone safe version. Looking at the image dl page I dont think there is. I use vix safe.
Id start with getting an older image. Maybe try the vix helios one in downloads here

Try with it named as is first (xpeedlx) and if not then rename folder cloudix and try again. Even if no message comes up leave it to flash for 6 minutes before rebooting.
Have you used the new bootloader before trying the new image?

i have the latest cloud ibox 1 version 18.11.2013 seller said it support unmoddified images, it worked till the last vti.
yes i have used the latest bootloader.
I will try it with the image from the download section.

Ok the site I get my images from doesnt have a 1 section
Just 2, 2+ and 3 sorry.

So ive sent you the best place to look. Down at bottom you have vix open pli and blackhole

Try flashing an older image on it first to see if that works.
Could be a case of replacing the chip if it is the timebomb.

i cant flash another image the box doesnt boot anymore just redlight.
replacing the chip? can i do it on my own?

I would try emailing airsatddt and ask yanmei's advice. May take couple of days for reply if u get one.
