Transfer files from usb memory stick

I am currently running a Zgemma H2. I have a USB memory stick in the back of the machine for recording purposes, all working well.
Is it possible to plug another USB memory stick in the front of the machine and transfer recorded files across ?
If it is possible, could someone please explain how.

ftp them to pc then transfer them to second usb
