Trouble switching between ccam and n line

Since I installed new firmware I've had trouble switching my c line off and over to my n line?? B4 I would just remove green tick from cline and re boot and it was straight onto my n line and visa versa with no problems, also noticed earlier when I switched over to the c line only some channel were run thru that line but most others were on n line?? Anybody come across this issue??

rule of thumb is normally only use 1 line on them boxes as they can fight with each other and cause glitching
