Trouble with Ferguson Ariva 153

Hi All,

I have a new Ferguson Ariva 153 box.
I tried to connect to 2 different servers today with a CCcam cline but with no success. I can enter the data such as URL, Server port, user and password but it says"Failed Login".

I would be grateful for any thoughts you might have on this,

i done one of them boxes about 6months ago should work like that dont enter n: or c: in url

Hi alcable, no I didn't enter n: or c: in the URL. Tried 2 different servers and both failed to login.

ye the internet is saying connected (showing 92%) - I've re-entered the info but no go.
