I have the H.2H box with both Sly & VM lines on their, however sometimes I get the "Tuner B Failed" message on the VM side. I'm using a splitter at the moment just a standard one from eBay - 2 Way Splitter Kit for Cable TV CATV Starview NTL Virgin Media DBox2 etc.
I sometimes can get the channel(s) to work again by going up, and then down again, however most of the time it won't work unless I sometimes play around with the splitter and cable. Other times even doing that nothing happens. I was told that the main reason for this message was to do with the the signal coming in and I've taken a look at the strength and it's showing 29% for the cable feed, but maybe the splitter?
Is this normal or should it be higher than that? And also of course anyone having or had similar issues? Maybe I need to try a different splitter...
