Tuner B problem

Hi friends I'm having a problem with my tuner b side bbc, itv, channel 4 and five are working but rest of free to air not working they have padlock icon on display next to channel name. Signal is 68% and agc is 10%. What can this be ?

If they have a padlock sign they are not FTV, so sounds like you have no line or its not working. Only 1 to 5 sd are free to view on VM plus a few others
