Tuner lock error

Hi can anyone help please . I've just changed my camlist over to a test line as I was having issues ..I ftp across then restarted..no issues with that watched football last night ..this morning I'm getting a tuner lock error ..I didn't update anything else and left the usb in at the back with channel list
 
Check your settings, have you got both tuners set up correctly? Are you using two cables from your dish to the receiver?
 
Tuner lock out messages are usually because you have set both tuners to be configured bit only have one cable connected or loose cable.
I have seen this message cone up which was a bug in the image but that was on a venton uni box which has now been resolved.
Transferring your line details is nothing to do with tuner lock out.
