UK tv Channels on 12.5 W

Some FTA channels have appeared today on Eutelsat 12 (12.5W) - 11559 H 19500,
Probably only testing, they are the same channels that are on the 28E TP 11523 H 22000 and tune in, in the same order - very odd!

The provider is UKTV, the channels have now moved to Eutelsat 7E - 11182 v 19500, and are still FTA.
BBC World channels are also new on 12685 v 18000 - 7E
