Ultra HD, Box Office HD?

Been thinking about this a lot and just want to know if there is any way that we can get Ultra HD or Box Office in HD. Who has the wonderful key to unlock the door ? Anyone?

A few seconds delay

Iptv is delayed by a few seconds as it's streamed.
Sly comes from dish so real time.
Except for the bookies there tvs are faster than all of ares lol
