got this on contract for my partner, got it from virgin and the network is crap no signal. can i get this opened up or unlocked for o2 or any other networks.:whistling:

I'm thinking of going for the Blackberry Curve 8520 as i've Virgin BB/TV/Phone, i've recieved a brouchure through the post saying that there is an offer going on: £9.99 for 100 minutes, unlimited text and 1GB of mobile data. Wanted to know if your partner is still having issues with the signal or has it gone better now dee?

Hi Dee, have a look on ebay and you will find Blackberry unlock codes that work for as little as 99p. I have bought off ebay in the past for my son's blackberry 8520 and it worked.

Blimey Dee not many people would do that! well done to you. If its not claimed within so many days its legally yours right? if its on the correct network or already unlocked all you need to do is restore it, than you can sell the wifes to Dan lol!

honest linny as i lost my phone and plod gave my mum a call to say it was handed in, found out it ws 9320 fairly new model some kiddy will be back on bbm by now.:)

Yes your right Dee it probably belonged to some youngster, but then they probably told mummy n daddy they lost it and they got a new one!
