unstable or lost signal picture freezing

Eventually got my set up done.
Got line in and channels sorted, but am now experiencing picture freeze and lost signal.
My line provider (from here) says it's my end.
Anything I can do to help stop this?
Another scan for channels?
 
An easy way to check if it's your end is to put another test line in your box.

Make sure you switch off the original line.

You can compare the results, if it's the same start looking at cabling at your end.

If it's ok then it's the server.

Scanning for channels will make no difference.
 
No signal.
It's not all the time, just annoying when happens.
Weather?
I'm at work now so can't try until 8.
 
No signal is a connection problem between your dish and box.

Scrambling is likely down to a server or internet connection problem
 
Would the fact that my Sky + box still has a satellite cable still in, and although on stand by is still on??
Conflicting signals??
 
It shouldn't if it's on standby, in theory !! lol
But take it out, reboot the box and router to reset the system and see what happens
 
we have the same issues getting no signal we have rebooted the box still nothing , we have connected sky back up to check the signal its fine , but when we connect the sky box f5 still no signal , help would be very welcome thank you
