USA Channels Jumping

Have 2 H2s box's both on the same provider.
1 works perfectly apart from the usual Atlantic glitches.
The other has problems on the USA Channels and Hallmark, they jump about , Audio is nowhere near in sync.
Have re started the box, re started the router , even re flashed the box nothing works.
Thinking it must be the box, but why is it just the USA channels .
All ideas gratefully received.

Try downloading the service app plugin and then change the player to exte3player. Also, in your IPTV try changing it to use service ref 5002.

This solved the problems with US channels for me. UK channels broadcast in 25fps, USA channels are higher and the standard h2s player can't cope with it.

Thanks will try the service app plugin and change to exte3player. Not sure about changing to 5002.
My other h2s works fine and seems to cope
