USB devices that work?

On my blade bm5000s I am having USB issues.
I recently changed from a hard drive, to a 3.0 Lexar 45MB/s (32GB) usb but problem still exists. (FAT 32)

Sometimes programs do not record when set to record overnight.
And whilst watching I occasionally get a sign pop up on screen saying "device speed is too slow" (something like that).

Can anyone recommend me a USB that works perfectly?

record over night? what time? does your line reboot their server at night?

I had same prob this week just recorded blank screen for 3 hours instead wwe raw but the previous week worked fine. Used to have same issue with BM7000s I use to reboot box during the day or hour before the programme is due to record setting the channel to record and then it use to work, but I shouldn't have to do that it's a hassle.

You will need a fast USB device to get good performance from PVR and media file playback and record, especially HD channels.
If the USB device is too slow you will get picture freezing and unstable box operation.
USB Hard Drives are recommended over USB Flash drives because Flash Drives normally are not fast enough.
