USB saying disk full wooshbuild 6.0

Does anyone know how to set up the usb for Wooshbuild 6.0? After installing everything and leaving it to do its thing over night its seems to say disk is full? I did set the usb up for time shift and recording.. even my own usb says from 15GB and has gone down to 13GB over night.. I don't have anything recorded! The inlaws have a 64GB usb and that says full after one night and they haven't recorded anything. So was wondering what are the steps required to set up the usb and also what format should it be... NTFS or fat32?

Have you set timeshift to record automatically? That will soon fill the disk up because it records constantly whatever you're watching.

Not sure what you mean.. Automatically start timeshift after recording? set to 5 seconds ?? I followed the steps once I flashed but it's weird why I'd need to set it up again? I can't pause live tv either.
