Usb turbo tuner set up

Hi just got a vu solo2 and have VM cable so bought a vu usb turbo tuner,plugged it in the box but can't pick up the cable on the tuner configurations.am I meant plug the cable into the usb tuner or in the back of the box.there's an rf socket on it but doesn't fit.if anyone can help
 
When I scan for channels it doesn't find them,it says scan timed out or something,does anyone know how to set up solo2 with this usb turbo tuner.im running open vix with tuner A and B not configured as I picks up the usb tuner instead
