v8 works fine zgemma no sly channels but works fine at mates

little bit stumped got a v8 box everything working ok ,upgraded to a zgemma h2s but get no premium channels if i plug in at mates house everything fine get all channels

any help or advice would be appreciated

I had the same problem, it could be the LNB, my box didn't like the older LNB , so I changed it to a new 8 feed and all worked fine
