v8s plusnet problem

hiya heads battered set a box up for someone whose on plusnet but channels scrambled ota network connects so internet getting to box lines active has checked in mine, using wifi dongle anybody have any ideas please ?

Could be the dongle or Plusnet safe guard. Remove safe guard. Google is your friend....

thanks i assume it may be the shield has it connects to network ota settings

I always advise ethernet as opposed to Wi-Fi. If the router isn't nearby powerline adaptors may help

but would the dongle not connect to network settings if it was the dongle ?

Try YouTube via IPTV if that doesn't work the likelihood is you have no internet but are connected to the router.

My bad zgemma on the brain. Not sure how you can check internet is working other than an ethernet cable. Sorry.
