Vermin media sub ceased today

Hi All, was looking to change my H2S box for a H2H box. Have been using the H2S box with no issues for a month but will miss the VM HD channels. Oddly the main TiVo box gives me the error msg (below) but the VM Samsung box upstairs is working as FTA box without an issue. Has anyone experienced this and does this mean I've been switched off and the H2H is a non starter?

No that just means you don't have a subscription to the service. It's still in the cable. Just not being decoded
