ViX image question

Hello
when selecting a channel from the ViX epgs I press ok and it shows the channel. I then have to press ok again to get rid of the menu. If I press exit it goes back to the channel before. I have tried changing to zap and exit but no luck. I'm sure I had it working on an old box before!

Hello intrigue, how do you turn a week ban into a permanent one??
