VM cable not working

Looks like I might be in the same boat. As of Wednesday mine has gone down, had the same provider since 2016 and have previously had good communication and service. Not heard from him at all so presumed it would be back on at some point...looks like we might have had the same one, pretty poo just renewed too :(
Same here I paid £25 on Sunday now nothing!!
 
it's not permitted to give out provider details on public forums, you can ask for test lines in the request thread in the general cable forum. I suggest you ask for a test line from a Veteran or VIP
 
Well as promised, here is an update. I've run a test line and changed my image to a different one. The box has been flashed again and everything is back to normal. All channels are working as they should be. Thanks guys and gals for your help and support. Much love!
